Exterminator Vegas is a referral service. It connects people in Las Vegas, Nevada with independent local pest control providers, by phone and through the request form on the homepage. It is not a pest control company, and it does not inspect, treat or seal homes.
That distinction matters. Pest control for hire in Nevada requires a license from the Nevada Department of Agriculture. Exterminator Vegas does not hold one and does not do the work, so this site says plainly what it is.
Call to be connected with a local pest control provider. There is no charge to call.
How a call works
- You call the number on this site, or send the request form. Either way the request comes to us, the operator of this site.
- You tell us the problem: what you have seen, where, and for how long.
- We connect you with an independent pest control provider who works in Las Vegas, so that the provider can contact you. You and the provider decide the next step, such as a visit to inspect and price the work. Any price, schedule, service agreement or warranty comes from that provider, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Why this site explains pests, rules and costs
A caller who knows the ground is harder to mislead. In Las Vegas that means knowing that only one of Nevada’s scorpions is a medical concern, that all of Clark County lies inside the state’s Africanized honey bee quarantine, that keeping pigeons off a roof with hardware alone needs no pest control license while applying a pesticide for hire does, and that the Health District’s rules require a hotel guest room with a bed bug infestation to be closed until it is eliminated.
Each of those facts has a page: the general guide to hiring an exterminator in Las Vegas, scorpion control, bee removal, pigeon control and finding a bed bug exterminator. Cost figures on those pages are ranges published by national cost guides, named and dated. They are not Las Vegas prices and they are not quotes. Only a provider who has seen the property can price the work.
Where the information comes from
The facts on this site are taken from the Nevada Department of Agriculture, the Nevada Revised Statutes and Administrative Code, the Southern Nevada Health District, the codes of the City of Las Vegas and Clark County, the National Weather Service, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and university extension services. Rules, fees and schedules change, so confirm anything that affects your decision with the agency or the provider. To report an error, use the contact page.
Check any provider’s license with the state
The Nevada Department of Agriculture licenses pest control companies and the people who work for them. It publishes a list of every license holder, with the categories each one holds, on its Pest Control program page. Before you hire anyone, including a provider we connect you with, ask for the company name and license number and find them on that list. The Department’s Las Vegas office is at 2300 E. St. Louis Avenue.
What to check before you hire
That the company is on the Department’s current list. That its categories fit the job: C2 for household pests, C3 for termites, C4 for fumigation. That the person treating your home is named on that license. And that the company can show current proof of insurance. All pest control licenses in Nevada expire on December 31 each year.
Call to be connected with a provider, then check the license before you agree to anything.
